Published Rates for 2021
For projects using a Time-and-Material (T&M) contract, the standard rates below are used. The rate depends on the resource and type of work so as to provide the most cost effective solution possible to our customers. Please note that the rates for specialized work requiring subcontractors could be different. If so, the customer will be notified for approval prior to the work starting.

Rates are adjusted at the start of the calendar and are typical a 4% increase (rounded to the dollar).
NOTES: Rates may change at any time. However agreed upon rates would remain in effect for the duration of the project during the calendar year.
